SentineX Report-Generating Platform

At a nominated time every morning each SentineX unit:

1. Compiles monitoring data into daily and monthly reports
2. Prepares daily charts showing all the monitored variables
3. Applies pre-defined rules to filter out contributions from extraneous sources
4. Computes indicators to report against 24 hour, daytime, evening, night time and 1 minute criteria
5. Emails the results directly to nominated person(s)
